Selecting the Right Seating and Chair Decor

Have a Seat!

There are many things to consider when choosing items for your wedding or special event.  Venue, photographer, DJ, caterer are all top of the list – but one of the most overlooked rental items that definitely shouldn’t be, is chairs.  Chairs are not only a necessity for your event, but they can dramatically change the look of your function as well.

Quite often we receive inquiries for chairs, but customers aren’t sure what style would be best.

Things to consider:  

  • Comfort of the chairs vs. how long guests will be seated:  Are you holding a short & sweet ceremony, or will your event be a multiple hour program with meal(s)?
  • Venue chairs vs. renting: If your venue does not have chairs, you have a variety of chairs to choose from in our rental selection.  If they do, we can also help you spruce them up with our different linen & decor options.
  • Budget:  Chairs fall in many different price points, so this is something to consider.  We have chairs in multiple price points to assist you with staying within your budget.
  • Transporting:  Some chairs will fold flat onto pallets, while others need to be stacked and will require a larger vehicle or delivery/pick up.   We offer both services.
